Dr.  Angelique Torres has been a licensed and practicing audiologist since 2005. She was born and raised in New York where she graduated with honors from Syracuse University and received her bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. While raising her family she juggled college and home life in order to obtain her masters degree in Audiology from the University of Kansas. Upon completion of her masters degree, she accepted a fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas, where she decided to plant her roots and make Texas her second home. Dr. Torres has now lived in the gulf coast area for the past 17 years, and has worked in clinical practice, occupational audiology, private practice, educational audiology, and contract services for our military servicemembers. Dr. Torres has a passion for helping people  hear the best they can and to be able to communicate with their loved ones . Her philosophy of "not one size fits all" approach, gave birth to Engage Hearing, which takes a less conventional approach to hearing healthcare. She is meeting people where they are both literally and figuratively. Wherever you are and whatever works for you, is what Dr. Torres is going to make happen for her patients.
